Cancellation Policy
Cloud Energy Photoelectric Limited will accept cancellation of an order made by a customer if a written request is made promptly to our website or head office within 6(six) hours of placement of an order and products are not yet dispatched.
However, where cancellation is made after six hours or where the product ordered is already dispatched, the customer will bear the cost of delivery, only in so far as Cloud Energy Photoelectric Limited receives back the product in its original state.
Cloud Energy Photoelectric Limited shall not accept or cancel orders where the product dispatched was returned damaged, mutilated, or handled carelessly.
Cloud Energy Photoelectric Limited reserves the sole discretion to cancel any order without explanations for so doing, particularly, where Cloud Energy is unable to meet the requirements of the order placed or the order does not comply with the Cloud Energy Photoelectric Limited policy or there is a breach of its terms and conditions.
